Offense: Operating Under the Influence-Refusal (OUI, DUI, DWI)            

Maximum Sentence:   364 days in jail (minimum 48 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension, $400 fine)

Synopsis:  Client was observed operating erratically (hitting snow bank) and without plate lights.  Client had slurred speech and failed all field sobriety tests badly.  The state called two police officers.  The defense called Client and his friend.

Verdict:  Not guilty.
